Compliance Facts
Included in every deliverable · no exceptions
- Claims-safe briefsApproved and banned phrasing per category — energy, sleep, gut, immunity, actives — written into the brief before a creator ever sees it.
- Scripted claims linesCreators follow the claims language word for word. Delivery and style are theirs; the claims are not improvised.
- Pre-delivery reviewEvery video passes a claims and quality check before it reaches you. Flagged content never ships.
- Disclosure handlingAd disclosure built into every brief and checked at review, on every platform.
- Rights, trackedEvery asset carries its usage scope and expiry date. You will never run an expired ad because of us.
Our content is claims-aware by construction. Final legal sign-off on claims always remains with the brand.
How it works
Directions for use
- Step 01
You send a brief
We translate it into the claims-safe format shown up top, for your category and markets.
- Step 02
Matched creators produce
Creators matched to your buyer and market, with a backup pre-assigned so a deadline never depends on one person.
- Step 03
Claims + quality review
Every cut is checked against the brief before you see it. Structured revisions, no endless rounds.
- Step 04
White-label delivery
Finished assets under your brand, usage rights documented and tracked to expiry.
How we compare
Same brief · four ways to run it
| Comparison point | PPS | Traditional agencies | Marketplaces | AI avatar tools |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the claims language | The claims desk — approved and banned phrasing per category and market, in the brief | Legal review after production, when booked | The creator improvises | The model guesses |
| Check before delivery | Every cut, against the brief | Varies by project | None — you review | None — you review |
| Usage rights | Scope and expiry documented per asset, tracked to the day | Negotiated per contract | Often bundled, terms vary | Platform terms |
| The people on camera | Vetted humans — paid test video first, backup pre-assigned | Agency roster | Self-serve, quality varies | No humans |
| Ad disclosure | Written into the brief, checked at review | Varies | Left to the creator | Left to you |

Pricing
Anchors · exact quote after one scoping call
Per concept
from $750
on a monthly program · $950 à la carte, 3-concept minimum
One concept is a compliance-cleared script, a principal 30–60s video, three alternate hooks, two aspect ratios and 12 months of paid usage — about four ad-ready assets, claims-documented.
Monthly programs
from $5,300/mo
compliance + strategy support · concepts included
Programs pair standing compliance and strategy support with six or more concepts a month; larger tiers add UK/EU claims coverage, a managed claim library and whitelisting operations.
Rights extensions, whitelisting, exclusivity and credentialed experts are priced as add-ons. Volume, markets and rights shape the final quote.
Common questions
Asked before most first briefs
Do you replace our legal or regulatory review?
No — and we say so on everything we deliver. Approved and banned phrasing for the category and market is written into every brief, and every cut is checked against it before delivery. Final legal sign-off on claims stays with the brand.
Which markets can you produce for?
US, EU and UK. The three claims regimes are kept as separate rulebooks — structure/function language for the US, authorized health claims for the EU, ASA and MHRA wording traps for the UK — and each brief carries phrasing for the markets it will run in.
Who owns the content, and for how long?
You license it. Every asset carries an explicit usage scope and expiry date, tracked on our side, so an expired ad never keeps running. Longer terms, perpetual rights on winners, and whitelisting are priced as add-ons.
What does white-label mean in practice?
For agencies: deliverables, claims documentation and revisions all carry your name. Ours appears nowhere your client looks.
What happens when a deadline is at risk?
Every booking pre-assigns a backup creator, so a delivery date never depends on one person — and revisions run in structured rounds rather than open-ended back-and-forth.
