Terms of Use

Who we are. Peak Performance Studios ("we", "us") is a creator-content company in formation in Belgrade, Serbia; registered entity details will appear here upon completion of incorporation. These terms govern your use of this website, including the creator application. They are not the contract that governs paid creator work with us; that is a separate agreement signed by accepted creators.

Agreeing to these terms. By using this site or submitting an application, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to apply or to work with us. By applying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that everything you submit is accurate and about you. We may ask for proof of age or identity before working with anyone.

Applications. Submitting an application does not create any contract, employment, or obligation between us. We review every application and reply to everyone, but we decide freely which applicants to work with, and we may decline or discontinue any application at our discretion, with a reply by email and without an obligation to state reasons.

Your uploads. If you upload a sample video or link your work, you keep ownership of it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, view, and internally share your submission for one purpose only: assessing your application and, if accepted, onboarding you. We do not publish, resell, or use application materials in any campaign. If your application is deleted, whether at your request or under our retention schedule, this permission ends and the materials are deleted with it.

Using the site. Don't misuse the site: no false applications, no submitting someone else's work or identity as your own, no automated scraping or bulk collection of the site's content, no attempts to probe or disrupt the systems behind it.

Our content. The text, design, and branding of this site belong to us. You may read and share links freely; don't copy or reuse the material commercially without asking.

No guarantees. The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we aren't liable for losses caused by your use of, or inability to use, the site, to the extent the law allows such limits.

Changes. We may update these terms as the company and the law evolve. The date below always reflects the current version, and meaningful changes will be visible here.

Governing law and disputes. The governing law and dispute-resolution terms for these Terms of Use will be finalized on counsel's advice as part of our incorporation, and published here.
